DRAWING WITH WIRE

Kendra Haste is a contemporary British sculptor celebrated for her distinctive use of galvanized wire to create expressive, life-sized representations of animals.

​

The film follows the Progress of Kendra over one year, as she develops pieces for an exhibition, focusing the re-introduction of predatorial species in parts of Germany.

Keur Simbara is an intimate, lyrical short documentary that follows a group of women community organizers in a rural Senegalese village as they build and sustain systems of health, finance, agriculture, and domestic infrastructure.

​

Through intergenerational conversation and everyday observations, the film explores the deep relationships among mothers, daughters, and neighbors, highlighting the collective labor that upholds their community.

​

Amid water scarcity and environmental challenges, they articulate their hopes for the future and the legacy they wish to leave behind. Keur Simbara is a tribute to communal wisdom and the power of local organizing.

In No Kidding, a quaint and picturesque Welsh town is divided by an uncommon issue: they have a goat problem. Wild Kashmiri goats stray increasingly far from their home to encounter a quirky cast of characters from the obstinate mayoress to an artist with a goat muse. We follow on their journey, unravelling their place within this slightly absurd village ecology.

Through powerful imagery and cultural insight, the film reveals how this living tradition continues to inspire modern approaches to health, balance, and human connection.

The Detectorists is a coming-of-age story about Cariad, a young detection dog learning to use her powerful nose to help protect wildlife.

Set on the riverbanks of rural Wales, Cariad teams up with her owner Lee and seasoned sniffer dog Neo on a mission to uncover signs of otters—an elusive, protected species.

​

But learning to read the land isn’t easy, and Cariad has a lot to prove. With every scent trail and muddy pawprint, she edges closer to becoming a vital part of the conservation team.

It’s a story of instinct, training, and finding your place—one sniff at a time.
